With fresh handmade pasta as our flagship, we start with Roman cuisine. Here you will have a taste of traditional recipes as well as new interpretations of the classics of Roman cuisine.
Pizza lovers will be delighted with our Neapolitan pizza, made with a long-rising dough (48 hours) and top-quality ingredients.

For those who cannot give up the most authentic flavours of the territory, the gastronomic section offers a selection of the best cheeses and hams, both national and international. They are the perfect accompaniment to our aperitifs, perhaps with one of our cocktails!
Lovers of Japanese cuisine will be delighted with our sushi made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. An open counter and Hoshizaki display cases, where we keep the freshest slices of fish, will make you crave fresh fish at first sight.
Finally, for those who like to eat healthy, we have a selection of freshly prepared gourmet salads with fresh vegetables,
freshly made seasonal fruit juices, and delicious smoothies.
